The 70 m² house includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Ideal for four guests, with space for up to seven. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other upstairs.
Our Simmons kingsize beds are prepared with a large shared double duvet. Individual single duvets are not provided.

Nespresso, smart TVs with Waipu-TV and exterior blinds. A Thermomix is available as an optional extra for €50 per week.
Little guests are welcome too.
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. Access is easy with a PIN code. Your stay includes a reserved parking space.

Seasonal rates
Minimum stay currently: 5 nights
Final cleaning: €140 per stay
Up to four guests: bed linen and towels included
From the fifth adult (18+): €15 per adult per night; no guest surcharge for children under 18
From the fifth guest: €20 per person per stay for bed linen and towels, including children
Additional requested linen and towel packs: €20 each per stay
Extra towel pack per person: one large and one small towel, €10 per pack, once per stay
Visitor tax is charged separately. Your seasonal accommodation rate and full quote will be confirmed personally.

How many guests can the house accommodate?
Ideal for four guests, with room for up to seven. The house has two bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one upstairs. We will discuss suitable sleeping arrangements for your group when you enquire.
How does check-in work?
Before your stay, you will receive arrival information and your access PIN. Standard check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Please ask us about other times.
Can we bring two cars?
One parking space is reserved one house away at Wohldstraße 3. For a second car, you may find public parking in nearby streets, such as Weedkroog, Rosenhain and Dornkampstraße. Please follow local parking signs.
Does my reservation request count as a booking?
No. Christina and Thilo check your preferred dates and discuss availability, terms and the next step with you.
